About the car: The car is in perfect conditions, no flaws or dents, no scratches or any kind of damage, no engine problems. The interior is in like new condition and has never been smoked in. The car is still France registered under my name; the title is clear.
I worked for the last 2 years in France and bought the car there but I moved back home to Ireland one week ago. My intention was to bring the car here, but when I found out about the very high import duties and all the restrictions regarding registration and emissions tests here I've changed my mind and I've decided to sell the vehicle. We are using a different version here in Ireland (right hand drive).
The amount you will have to pay in order to own this car is CENA! As you probably noticed, the price is rather low because I would like to sell the car quickly. I prefer to sell it cheap but as soon as possible because it's costing me money to keep it in storage.
I want to take this opportunity to assure you that this deal is 100% legitimate, the financial part of this deal will be managed by a third party, in this way both of us will be protected. They will keep the payment until you receive the car and test it.

The car is still for sale. It is already in a shipping company possession, crated and ready for delivery, so No pick up is available. I am very busy with my business, I travel allot and I have no time to go there, to handle the vehicle to you in person, that's why prefer to use eBay to do this sale.
The final price is CENA + shipping to your door. For an accurate shipping cost please include your shipping address in your next email.
Check CLEAR : The car shows all clear on the check report as having no outstanding finance, has never been an insurance write off or stolen.
DOCUMENTS : The delivery agent will take care of all the papers. The title, 2x keys, service book & bookpack are provided. Everything will be sent along with the car. The delivery will take between 2 to 5 working days, door-to-door.
I will only conclude the transaction through eBay for our own protection. They act as a neutral third party. I shall explain to you the process, so that you know what you are getting into!
If we decide to proceed with this transaction, I will have to contact eBay and provide them all the necessary information, so they can start the process right away. The car will be delivered to your address in no more than 5 working days. You will be given a 15 days inspection period from the day you receive the car at home.
If you decide to hold the car, then you will have to authorize eBay to release the funds to me, and the transaction will be completed. If you will not be satisfied with the vehicle, you will be able to send it back through the same shipping company, and ask eBay to return the funds to you. Though I am sure you will love the car and will not want to return it, it is good to know that you do have this second option available.

I've attached you the pictures. I already obtained the costs for delivery the car to your location. You have to pay KOSZT DOSTAWY, including insurance, so your total will be CENA.
eBay will confirm you the price and everything... also the transaction terms. Of course the next step will be to open an eBay transaction. I will forward your details to eBay tomorrow morning but I want to be sure you have understood how the transaction work and what you have to do next. eBay will contact you with transaction details and invoice and you will find everything there. They will explain you step by step how the transaction work. Then you should lodge the payment by bank-to-bank, wire transfer to the eBay holding account.
The shipping will be done after I will have the payment confirmation from eBay.
After the car will be delivered to your door, you will have 15 days to check the car (test it, drive it, and even take it to a local service station..etc) so you can see that everything is ok with it. If the car doesn't match with what I have told you, it will be shipped back to me on my own expense (however I doubt that this shall be the case because the car is exactly how I described it to you) and you will be refunded by eBay.

Hope you understand. Don't worry, I fully understand your thoughts, but you should understand mine.
This is different than Buy it Now directly to eBay. My auction was closed so you can't buy the item directly from eBay but they still have it on file and we have the possibility to close the deal like i've told you. As I have this account with eBay, I have to open a case with them about our transaction. Then, they will notices us and approved us for business. You can check with them after that everything you like.
No need to advertise the car on eBay again, I consider that would be a total waste of time (not to mention money).
If you decide not to go through with it there is no problem. I have someone else interested who will have the money on Wednesday. Please get back to me and let me know what you decide. I will appreciate a fast answer because I don't want to lose him too!
