Witam. Jakiś czas temu zakupiłem płytę od francuskiego sprzedawcy. Na stronie podane są koszty wysyłki, jednak w fakturze od sprzedającego są one inne. Wysłałem już kilkanaście maili z prośbą o podanie prawdziwych kosztów wysyłki, jednak nie otrzymałem żadnej odpowiedzi. Czy istnieje na ebay miejsce, w którym mógłbym to zgłosić i liczyć na ich interwencję? Zapoznałem się ze sporami, ale mój problem niezbyt podpada pod powód do zgłaszania sporu. Dziękuję za pomoc
