Ebay appeal and seller does NOT care at all and I have lost my money on ebay first time since I have started shopping here. My question is where to report this case? How to get my money back?

You not received package,  because Evri LOST YOUR PACKAGE  !!!! Your  don't understand this  ??? How you can get package on tine, when is lost for Evri !!!! I send you tracking number and is all on this number  - delayed !! Because is lost in transit  !! Do YOU UNDERSTAND ANYTHING  ?????
