By agreement with the seller, due to a defect, I returned the goods by Polish Post. The goods were delivered to the seller on 26.08.2024, but the seller did not return the money and does not respond to messages. Where should I go to get my money back, eBay replies that the seller does not accept the goods, although the parcel was delivered to him.
