Witam.Jestem tu od niedawna...Mam taki problem....Kupiłem na aukcji ebay w niemczech laser do odtwarzacza CD 20 dni temu... Laser miał być nowy....Przyszedł bez opakowania tylko w folii bez papierów gwarancji itd..Zgłosiłem to sprzedającemu mówiąc że nie jest w oryginalnym opakowaniu i nie mam pewności że jest nowy. Sprzedawca odpisał mi że jest nowy i zapewnia mnie że mam na to pełną gwarancje....Więc wystawiłem opinię pozytywną i zamontowałem ale laser jest uszkodzony bo przeskakuje na utworach.....Co teraz mogę zrobić??? Czy już za późno i moja strata?? Bardzo proszę o pomoc. Marek

The customer can return the goods within 14 days after receipt. We will issue a full refund for the price customer’s paid for the item. The right of retraction starts from the moment the order is delivered. If one return goods a cash refund or a product exchange is possible. The customer's have to use the cheapest insured method of shipping that is available. The customer may use this right on the following conditions: The customer's must contact us by email (akuperf@t-online.de) to declare the cancellation and how the goods will be returned (Shipper, Tracking number, insurance). The customer must quote the invoice details from the original dispatch note on the e-mail. Products must be returned unopened in their original condition and packaging and in a condition which will enable them to be immediately fit for re-sale. They must be returned adequately packed and despatched: insured in a sufficient value. The return of the Products must be done by registered post/shipping forwarder with a tracking number, and insured with the value of the products. This is notably necessary should they lose or damage the goods. Akustik Perfekt accepts no responsibility for any loss of or damage to Products in transit from customer location to us. Shipping fees and tax duties remain the Customer’s responsibility. If one of these conditions is not fulfilled by the customer, Akustik Perfekt will refuse any partial/full refunds, and will reserve the right to add a packing fee to return the products (Shipping costs for return will be expense of the customer). Important! Please, enclose a copy of the invoice with every return.
