Zrobiłam kilkanąscie zakupów ,płacąc bez problemu przez PayPal. Musisz zaakceptowac regulamin PayPal`a - zaloguj sie do paypal . W zakladce account overview wybierz New Policy Update i zaznacz yes. To tyle
