Problem getting a shipping label

Hi
This is the first time I’ve sold something on Ebay. I’m shipping from Poland to the United Kingdom. I got an email in which, after clicking the “Get shipping label” box, I get an error on the page.
Through my ebay account I’m supposed to log into the shipping manager, and there I don’t have the shipping paid for, even though on the main account it shows me that the money has been paid and is on hold.
The buyer paid for the shipping.
what should I do now since I can’t add the paid shipping????

3.Wait 24 hours for the system to update, and if it still doesn't change after 24 hours, 4. write to Ebay
