Please help,
I sold my first item to Great Britain as a private individual. (private account on eBay) to a private individual. Value approx. 300 euros. When creating the shipping label, I have to provide an EORI number; without it I can't send/generate the letter if I choose sale. The only alternative is that I can also declare it as a gift with a lower value, but won't there be a problem? Why does eBay even allow such transactions if formally it can't be processed and the goods shipped? Can I do anything about it now to somehow send it to the buyer? Thank you for your help
