I’ve bought on amazon.fr with shipping from Japan and on Allegro with shipping from China, and in fact there were no additional charges upon delivery. But reading this forum, there are quite a few posts saying that even though VAT was paid, the post office charges it again.

I wrote to eBay about this issue, but they replied that it depends on the seller how they mark the shipment. Aren’t labels printed directly from eBay, so how can it be marked incorrectly?
