Hello, I want to return a package that arrived different from the one I ordered.
I want to return the package because what arrived was not what was ordered, but on the package there is only the manufacturer’s address [China], and for the return shipment I’m supposed to send it to ww1 EBAY, nothing else. How do I send it back and get my money back?

·1 year agoOpen a dispute because the item is not as described. They should provide a shipping label, either eBay or the seller, or instruct whether and where to return it
