If it is cooperative ownership, then you need to determine whether it has a land and mortgage register established or not. In the first case, a preliminary agreement and the land and mortgage register number are enough. In the second case, if no register has been established for the cooperative right to the unit, the bank will require a certificate from the housing cooperative stating who is entitled to the right to the unit, the basis for acquiring the unit, e.g. an allocation, the land and mortgage register number for the land, and a note on the certificate from the housing cooperative that there are no objections to establishing the register
