What good coffee?
Where and what kind of whole bean coffee can I buy cheapest? I mean a store or brand that will be reasonably cheap, but also not taste totally disgusting. Any recommendations?

·1 year agoIt all depends on the method you want to buy the beans for. Anyone who blindly recommends the “best coffee from Allegro” is doing so based on their own preferences and the method they use themselves. Sure, you can buy coffee for 50/55 zł/kg, but it won’t be specialty coffee. I often buy such coffees for quick brews before work, where taste takes a back seat. All the same, freshly roasted coffees from Allegro will be a step above anything you’ll find in supermarkets, even in a pseudo-premium wrapper. So the basic question is: what is this coffee supposed to be for? A bean-to-cup machine, an automatic filter coffee maker, a portafilter machine, an Aeropress, or another alternative brewing method?
If you drink coffee every day and want to save a bit, I recommend buying yourself a thermal mug and making coffee at home: https://mojabutelka.pl/ There are many good brands on the store page.
