I have atopic dermatitis and I've noticed that in winter the symptoms are much worse. The skin is drier, cracks, and itches more. Is this normal? What do you do to manage atopic dermatitis better during the colder months?

·1 year agoThat’s normal, in winter the air is drier, which makes eczema symptoms worse. Moisturizing the skin is important – the Atopicin regenerating cream works best for me. It intensely moisturizes and creates a protective barrier on the skin, which is especially important in freezing temperatures. I use it every day, and my skin made it through winter in much better condition. You can try it: https://atopicin.pl/sklep/krem-regenerujacy-na-egzeme-atopicin/.
It’s a whole line of dermocosmetics for caring for skin with atopic dermatitis.
