I have a shop set up on the English eBay. Next week I'm going on vacation (for a week). The question is how do I turn on vacation mode? Or some info that shipments will be delayed. Please help.

so yes, if you use MS then you have manage shop, then you go into vacation settings, then vacation settings in the shop

then you click enable

and you have two options: completely hide listings, meaning the listings are not visible and there are no sales, or visible

and then you have two little boxes,

hide and block purchases on my fixed-price listings (i.e. KT)

if you check this one, the buyer will see this

this seller is unavailable until here will be the date and is not currently fulfilling orders

if you check the other one

display return date, the buyer will see this

this seller is unavailable until here will be the date. If you make a purchase, your order may be fulfilled with a delay

on eBay it's not like on allednie, where there is a date from–to

here it's like this: only until,

so e.g. you go on vacation on the 25th and come back on May 02, then you mark it as until May 3; if you mark May 2, then it will be May 1, here you need to set it 1 day later 😉
