Hello,
I need advice on what to do to improve my service status..
The thing that lowers my Defect rate the most is 7.96% 9 out of 113 transactions.
This happened because of setting up the account and sales and the lack of synchronization of stock levels with the warehouse.
Because of that, I sold items I physically didn’t have..
After some time, will eBay stop counting them toward the average, or will this still be visible in the results all the time?
If it keeps taking them into account, what can I do to improve this status even a little?
