But isn’t it the case that you need to have the right tenure, seller status, and sold volume? On my account on ebay.de, which is new, there’s unfortunately no option to turn on ads. Am I making a mistake somewhere?
When listing an auction, at the bottom of the page, you have options to select a promotion and its percentage value. That's how it is on eBay.com, so it should be the same in Germany.
