I’ve been selling on Ebay recently

I have a question about how to set up an ad properly and where I can find information on how to grow a store with used goods, I’m interested in what prices I should set, and what strategy to follow. According to my sales data: e.g. I sold for 6 thousand, and received about 3.6? Is that normal? please help me with this. Thank you
