Good morning,
request for an opinion and advice regarding an EU VAT number for selling on ebay.de.
I am a farmer who sells various plants on the Polish market (also through online stores and marketplaces. Financially, we operate as lump-sum farmers, which means we do not issue VAT invoices. Under this setup, buyers issue VAT RR if they want to settle the costs.
The question is what this looks like on ebay.de if we wanted to sell our products on this platform?
Could someone comment and help with this issue?
