Does “Exclude delivery locations from your listings” work for you?
When I click it, it takes me to the page https://www.ebay.pl/ship/prf/excludeRegions and there it says “These settings will apply to all your future selling listings” and “These exclusions will be applied by default when creating new shipping settings”.
And that’s great, that’s exactly what it’s for, only ...there’s nothing to set. There’s no table to click through, nothing there except save and cancel.
The option works in shipping settings, but I’m not interested in those.

OP6 years agoThanks, so you have it as it should be.
For me, the page starts with "If you apply shipping exclusions, we will block buyers..."
It was still OK in March. I excluded everything except Poland at the beginning of the pandemic, and now I can't add it.
Ishani from support isn't helping much. He told me to exclude it in the shipping settings, but eBay creates those for me automatically based on listings posted via API. And everything new automatically has shipping to the whole world.

OP6 years ago2 computers, 3 browsers (including 2 on which I had never logged into eBay before), incognito mode, logging in on ebay.pl uk, de the same everywhere

·6 years agoI used 3 different accounts - the pages are correct (both on ebay.pl and on ebay.com). The only difference is that we're logging in from different countries, which shouldn't matter because the site address is the same, but apparently it does.
Wait until tomorrow - maybe the database needs to update? They’re probably fixing something again that wasn’t broken....?
