Good quality, trusted company, good prices.
How do I get started on eBay?
I'm targeting foreign markets France/Germany

That's not just my opinion: on eBay, you sell what you can afford to lose.
When selling more expensive items, you should avoid countries and buyers with higher risk.
As for carriers, eBay offers a long list of them, but you can use a carrier of your choice, as long as the shipment is tracked.

when sales grow, it may be more economical to upgrade the account to a business one and also open a shop. Seller ranking is key, meaning on-time delivery, disputes resolved without eBay’s involvement, buyer ratings, sales level, etc
As your ranking grows, you’ll get access to promotions and discounts.
eBay will no longer block withdrawals for a month or require verification.
Time, work, and patience are essential. My advice: set up two or three accounts right away. This will give you freedom when buying, selling different product ranges, or serve as a buffer if something happens to one account, like a drop in ranking or negative feedback
