No invoices on the Ebay store page

How can I download invoices issued by eBay for the period from 01.01.2022 to 01.10.2022?
These invoices are not on the eBay site, where the remaining invoices up to September 2024 are currently available.
According to the number of transfers visible in the bank, there should be 9 invoices.
When I write to eBay through the contact form and tick the box to send the message content to me as well, I receive nothing in my inbox. Of course, eBay probably also does not receive my message.
I need these invoices for my tax return.

If you can't generate it in the seller dashboard because it's probably been too long, only someone from eBay can help.
