Hello, I bought on eBay for the first time. I received an invoice but without my company's tax ID number.
In the site settings I entered my tax ID and, for verification, sent a screenshot of the first page of the company bank account. After purchasing the item, I have an invoice to download, but it doesn't have the tax ID on it. Is there any way to fix this?

·3 years agoDid you provide your tax ID through this page https://www.ebay.pl/spr/vatexemption ? it’s for selling purposes, not buying
if you need invoices from sellers for your purchases, it’s best to ask the seller before buying whether they can issue you an invoice for the purchase
