The seller caused me to incur costs
Good morning
I bought an item from a seller in Bulgaria, and the site says that the goods are in Bulgaria and VAT is included in the price.
Now I’ve received a VAT invoice and customs fee for this item because it was shipped from Turkey; the seller didn’t warn me about this. What can I do about it and how can I report this to Ebay?

·3 years agoLook in eBay help or log in to eBay using this link, which leads to the overpayment refund form. You need to attach proof of the overpayment.

OP3 years agoThank you very much for the help, I’ll also write to the seller to see if he’ll refund me the second tax and customs duty I paid
