Hello again.
The same kind of problem again.
Recently I bought a small watch in the USA, for which I paid the total amount including all customs and tax charges.
Once again, as usual, our lazy postal service has put its hand on the above-mentioned shipment.
I received a notice of the arrival of the mentioned shipment with, let’s say, a "request" to provide the value and contents of the above-mentioned package.
I sent them the information along with the invoice from Ebay, which shows the customs fee charged with the IOSS number.
In response, I received a letter that was laconic and sounded like an automatic secretary.
Zero substantive answers to the documents I had sent earlier.
I replied again asking them to review the documentation sent earlier.
I’m afraid of one thing: that they’ll ignore it again until 14 days pass and send the next shipment back to the sender.
Is there any way to put an end to practices like those used by Poczta Polska.
I’d be grateful for any advice
Best regards

·3 years agoHey, and how did it get resolved?
*time*machine*
OP3 years agoThe package was sent back, but I still haven’t gotten my money back despite opening a dispute.
Ebay gave this explanation: that it’s not the seller’s fault and I’m not entitled to a refund.
