Inactive seller
Hey, I think I bought an item from someone who isn’t active. They have 100% positive feedback, but I only just noticed that it’s over a year old. The seller hasn’t replied to the messages I sent today, so I don’t know what to do now. Does the seller have to confirm the cancellation? Thanks

my advice: wait until the delivery deadline passes and open a dispute for not received and you’ll get a refund
