Order cancellation by the seller
Hello,
I purchased a phone from a seller from Germany (lots of positive reviews). I paid right away by instant bank transfer. I got an email from Ebay saying that the order had been confirmed. 2 days later, in the order details in the app, I noticed that the order had been canceled. I didn’t receive any info about the cancellation, and I can’t see the reason for cancellation anywhere either; on top of that, the seller isn’t replying to messages. What can I do in this situation?

·3 years agoIf it was cancelled, you should receive a refund of the amount paid.
Check in "my eBay" what the situation is with this transaction. Look under "purchased purchases or something along those lines). Maybe the cancellation email is in spam?
