Please take the USB plug inserted at the back of the computer jack.
Sometimes the front one is short of Voltage.
If it still not function,Please change another USB to have a try.

Please format and try again.
Would you pls kindly do as follows ?
First ,please connect the computer Ａnd reformat the mp4, Ａnd then you can download.
Remember choose "FAT" Ａnd "speediness" when you reformat.
Some computer doesn't have "FAT", so you can only choose "speediness".
If the format is wrong, you can convert the designed format.
Because of different pc,maybe the information is different,just format it and try
