hello i dont know what to do. on 16th september i accidentally bought the same thing twice. i wrote to the seller that i want to cancel both orders and he approved and refunded on 17th september. ebay says i should get the refund within 3-5 business days, today is 8 business day and i still havent received the money. whats going on? what should i do about it?
