The problem is that I do not have a company, it is not a business account, and I sell privately. Actually, it's a resale, because I buy items ordered by my clients in Poland as a retail client and then send them to them abroad. Without invoices, receipts, etc. For the past 3 years I have been selling a few or a dozen pieces of which the final profit is about PLN 100-300 per month, so this is my additional way to "add" to the minimum wage, and not the main source of income . My question is what should I do in this situation, if I don't want to start a business, can I keep my ebay sales as is, like so how can ebay not get stuck? Should I give up resale and delete all auctions right away? I have them mainly on ebay.de, ebay.es, ebay.it, ebay.fr, I had them on ebay.co uk but many years ago they immediately blocked me when I broke some of their monthly sales threshold. On ebay.com there were only problems, some additional higher fees and buyers from the USA ... I send the most shipments to Germany, Italy, Israel and some other EU countries, but I also sometimes send something outside the EU, to the USA, Canada, Australia, Asia and South America.
