I understand that you want us to close the track request opened by the buyer for you can't access the payment. Once a track request or a return request is opened by the buyer automatically the payment is on hold. This is to ensure that issue is resolved before the payment is given to the seller for there is a possibility that buyer may not receive the item. Buyers are entitled to get their money back when they dont receive the item they ordered.

Looking at the tracking number, it is still showing that item is still in transit. We can only intervene in closing this request in your behalf when the tracking shows as delivered to buyer's address. I recommend you to wait for the tracking number to show as delivered and inform us right away once it shows as delivered.
