System will charge the Final Value Fee according to the item price and the postage at which they complete checkout.

As you've added posatge disocunts, it will apply automatically when buyer is making multiuple purchases of same variation. For e.g. if item is t-shirt and colour is variation, discount will apply where buyer purchase 2 for black t-shirt.

That's right. Systekm will not apply disocunts if the purchase is of different variations.
