How can I leave feedback if a seller has disappeared from my purchase history?

I want to leave a negative feedback to the seller who neither sent me the item nor gave me a refund. The problem has been solved by ebay service and I got my money back but the transaction disappeared from my 'purchase history'. I need to warn other ebay users against this unfair seller and don't know how. Can anybody inform me how to do it?

use advanced search . Search by item number in closed auctions or by member ID to determine if she/he is still on Ebay

find transaction in Paypal where all info is

find emails from ebay, paypal regarding this transaction
