How to contact the company itself??

They seems to hide themselves as they wer thieves, or mob member.. No phone, no e-mail to help service, ony categorized questions, as fo trained monkeys capable to answer only limited number of issues??

The claim themselves as professionalists, but the services they buy for themselves cease to work properly. Either they buy them to distroy them or their programming team consists of very weak specialists..

It is - in example - rediculus that the www form does not accept .pdf file with a message - that format is not serviced.

I would say that the programming person shall come back to the elemntary school

1.find them on the web (i.e. BBB, any web browser)

2. Write trrough Ebay messaging
