VAT refund.
Good morning.
A few days ago I received a package from the USA. I paid VAT already on eBay, but the postal service charged me for it a second time. I can’t get in touch with eBay support (for some reason unknown to me, the email doesn’t go through despite the request to send a confirmation by email, which I assume means that eBay also isn’t receiving my message). What should I do in this situation? VAT was collected twice.
