Account verification and inability to withdraw funds from sales

In 2024 I probably opened an eBay account and, of course, a bank account, and all the details haven’t changed... I made a sale and then I couldn’t verify the SEPA bank account. I’ll note that the account had already been verified when I set up selling. At this point I’ve already sent my ID several times and uploaded a bank statement, which must weigh the right amount because if it’s too light the system won’t let it through 😀. I can’t withdraw the money because it’s blocked... and my question is whether anyone has gotten money back from eBay like this and whether with every, let’s say, occasional sale I have to go through the whole cycle again? I read similar posts but they weren’t very encouraging. Maybe someone can help and explain what to do???
