Rejection of order cancellation
Hi, I have a problem like this :
I bought a PS Vita on eBay. I didn't notice that the item is damaged (burnt-in screen). I wanted to get my money back and cancel the order - at this point the console has not yet been shipped. The seller refused to refund the money and rejected the cancellation of the order.
Did he have that right? How do I get that money back now? As a buyer, am I not entitled to 14 days to withdraw from the purchase agreement?
