I can't make payment for the item

I want to pay for the item with a multi-currency card (I’ve already paid with it on eBay before and there was no problem), but now every time a message pops up saying to choose another payment method.
Of course, there is money on the card.
I tried from different browsers, it’s the same.
After several unsuccessful attempts, I chose PayPal. And that has a problem too. After entering the code to confirm payment by SMS, the message keeps showing “Processing...”. I waited 30 minutes, but how long can you wait.
What could be the cause of this? How can this problem be solved?

If that doesn’t help, then tomorrow. Maybe it’s something on eBay...?

It’s not a cookies issue, because I tried on Chromium and another Linux browser, both of which had been “cleared”.
Today eBay is once again not accepting my payment method. I don’t know if it could be related to changing the payment currency on the card??? I guess that’s the problem?
However, today I managed to pay through PayPal with the card eBay had rejected. I just had to change the currency on it in PayPal.
A warning appeared saying that you can only make a few such currency changes on a card per month. How many exactly? Does eBay maybe have such a limit too? Because maybe that’s the problem?
