I can't update my SEPA bank account details

I recently sold an item on eBay, but I can't do anything with the funds because my account information is outdated, and when I try to update it eBay shows the message above. It's driving me crazy, I've tried talking to support, I've tried using different bank accounts, and nothing works. Please help.

·1 year agoI keep getting the same information over and over, and I’ve sent my ID like 4 times. I feel helpless.

·1 year agoI’ve had this same problem for a year. To this day I haven’t gotten my 100 zloty back from the sale. I wonder how many millions they turn over in a year, considering people can’t manage to withdraw their money.
