Good morning!
I’d like to list an item on eBay for the first time.
I understand that since I have an account set up on eBay.pl, I can only list the price in złoty.
However, how will the funds be transferred after the sale, i.e.:
- can I just provide my regular account at a Polish bank and the funds will be sent in złoty?
- if so, does that involve any additional costs for me?
- or would it be better to use a Revolut card and enter a euro account in eBay settings?
So what’s simply the most cost-effective way to do this?

ps. do you mean deleting and linking a new account (but a bank one), not the entire account on eBay?

OP3 years agoSo if I understand correctly, payouts are made in euros and eBay suggests changing the settlement currency to the payout currency (so, as I understand it, to euros)?
In that case, can I specify my Revolut account with a euro account as my settlement account and receive eBay euro payouts there, and then exchange them myself afterward?

·3 years agoYou can search the forum with a keyword, e.g. "Euro". I read somewhere that someone did it that way.
If something’s not right, then to change the account details it’s best to delete it completely and link a new one. As recently as last year, the system didn’t "understand" modifications very well.
