Basically, to send an invoice, first you need to log in to your account on eBay.de. Then go to "My eBay" or "My eBay", something like that. Once you’re there, look for the "Sold items" option.
When you find your sold item, click on it. There should be an option like "Send invoice" or something similar. Click there and it should guide you through the process of sending the invoice to the buyer.
The thing is, for me the order comes in the moment it’s paid directly. So in this case what am I supposed to do with the invoice, since I have no way to send it?

·2 years agoCheck in the same menu on the auction where the buyer still hasn’t paid.
I don’t have such an auction right now, but I seem to remember that the option to send an invoice is displayed until the buyer makes the payment

So what would be the point of sending an invoice once it’s already been paid?
If the buyer needs it for some reason, that’s their problem, not yours. They can ask for it before paying or print the transaction details in my eBay.
