Hello, I have a serious problem receiving money from Ebay.de, the amount is just under 500Euro, the item has been sold, I have the amount shown on my profile. "yet Ebay is informing me that I must update my payment details - I did this process 10 days ago, currently once a week I receive a message to update payments, I sent a scan of my ID card, a bank statement to confirm the account, everything was done 14 days ago, as of today I have not received a transfer from ebay, but the selling fee was taken immediately,

OP2 years agoWhat should I do, and where should I write to eBay? Every time, approval appears, however the transfer method still shows up in red as "incorrect". I don’t have a problem with paying for purchases; the problem appeared when I sold an item. Where should I write to get this sorted out? Please help

·2 years agoYou’re not alone. There’s a plague of account blocks on eBay.pl for no reason or, as in your case, driven into a vicious circle. That’s not on eBay.com.
I don’t know how it is in other countries, but it looks like a clumsy attempt to introduce AI on Polish eBay.
