Taking and stealing money by EBAY

Question

Dear Ebay refunded the buyer because they opened a dispute claiming they did not receive the shipment on time.

F...ing Ebay refunded the buyer for the purchase, and then about 3 days later the buyer received the shipment from us, which of course they accepted. The buyer is not responding to our messages, and dear `ebay has washed its hands of us.

They blocked all channels for claims, complaints, and buyer reports on the basis of - "figure it out yourselves, we don't give a damn".

Does anyone have any solution or idea for this kind of thieving Ebay behavior?!

I will be grateful for any advice, any idea on how to solve this crap. I'm down over 800,-

Has anyone considered a lawsuit against `ebay (a class action) for using such thieving practices?

So I also have a problem with a dispute with Ebay. Two years ago I sold a new original product to a customer from the USA. 3 weeks after receiving the package, he opened a dispute claiming that the product was lighter in the photos than in reality, attaching fake photos. Ebay told me to accept the return and pay the shipping costs. The buyer demanded $700 from me, where the product was sold for $1300 with shipping included. Of course I did not agree, which ended with support granting the buyer a refund. For the time being I removed the cards and the account so they did not take money from the account and only a negative balance appeared. After some time they blocked the account on the site and sent warnings. A week ago they threatened debt collection.

What can I do about this? I’m afraid that if they hand the case over to a debt collection company from Poland, they will file a case in court and the court will grant the enforcement clause and automatically take the money from the account without my involvement.
