On 02/11, a courier was "ordered" by me. This is my first shipment and a pretty long-distance one, so I have some concerns. I decided to send it through the manager because the shipping price turned out favorable. After generating the Spring label and ordering the InPost consolidated parcel, I’m still waiting for the courier. In the app, on the same day 02/11, a parcel appeared as "being prepared", but as if it were dispatched to me as a courier; I understand it as a courier coming to collect my parcel. The question is, when will the courier arrive? On eBay it says to send the parcel by 06/11, I already added the tracking number. Will anything happen if the shipping time gets extended? Should I be worried about eBay canceling the order?

·1 year agoMake sure whether InPost is picking up the package or whether you should deliver it yourself.
If the package does not reach the recipient within the promised time, the recipient can open a dispute on eBay and get a refund.
