Stuck shipment in the US, Illinois
Hi, today is 11/06 and since 5/06 my package has been stuck in the "international center" at DHL's headquarters in IL (USA). Its status hasn't changed since Wednesday, it's almost been a week now. Is this normal? Do they spend that long there going through some kind of verification? It's an item from the clothing category, so nothing special. Do you think I should contact the carrier or is this normal? I ordered for the first time, that's why I'm confused. Thanks in advance for the answer!

·2 years agoIt happens. Most likely they didn’t scan it. It should show up somewhere in a few days. If the delivery deadline passes, open a dispute that we did not receive the item and they’ll refund the money
