Item not sent
Hi, I have a problem: I ordered a phone from the same country I live in. The estimated delivery time was by March 26, so by today. The item, at least that’s what it shows on the site, has not been shipped yet; it was paid for on March 17. Will the seller still send the item?

Ask, wait about two days for a reply, then open a dispute that the item was not received.
Don't close the dispute until you receive the item. You can't open a dispute about the same item a second time.
