International shipping program

I have a question: does anyone have information on which company handles eBay’s international shipping program on the Polish side? I hope it’s not DHL, because those DHL people leave parcels at pickup points without even calling or sending a text, they don’t provide a pickup code, and then there’s no way to collect your purchases
