I received a fake, how can I get my money back, because the manufacturer says I have to send it to China at my own expense
I ordered a fake Provitalize on eBay, as it turned out, and requested a return, but I was told to send it back to China at my own expense. How can I get my money back? Grażyna Piotrowska

Ask the seller for a label, mentioning your disappointment and your plan to leave negative feedback.
If they don't provide it, you're left to cover the cost if it makes economic sense. Otherwise, you won't get a refund.
Don't forget to leave a negative comment if the seller refuses to provide a label. There's a chance that after getting a negative, they'll come to their senses. After receiving the label, you can withdraw the negative, but only after getting a refund, of course.
