I won the items at auction on French eBay. The problem is that the seller doesn’t know how to change the shipping cost from France to Poland. Without this change, I can’t pay him.

The seller must issue an invoice with the new shipping amount, this is absolutely possible, it’s described in some eBay tutorial. I’ve had it like that more than once and there was no problem.

After the auction ends, no costs can be changed. My advice: cancel the transactions and have him list the auction as Buy It Now with shipping cost to PL
