Shipping from the USA and fees

Hi, I want to order earrings from the USA. Their price is $22 + $5.06 VAT + $37.34 shipping. Estimated delivery eBay international shipping. I’ve never ordered from eBay, so that’s why I’m asking: are these all the costs I’ll incur, or will there be additional costs like customs duty, etc.? In this case, the item value is lower than the shipping costs

There will be no other costs. Duties up to 150 euros are not charged.

If VAT is charged again at the border, eBay will refund the amount it collected, upon presentation of the receipt from the border.

Recently it was written here that Polish Post charges a certain amount, but it’s not really clear what the rules are, because they charged from the USA but didn’t charge from Japan.
