Different VAT rates for buyers from different countries. How to set it up

My company is registered in PL. Sales are conducted, among others, in Germany, where (19% VAT) applies, the Netherlands (21% VAT), and Italy (22% VAT).
How do I configure the sales settings so that eBay automatically calculates the VAT rate for a given country as the final price.
I mean the sales prices in the listing as well as the VAT rate shown on the invoice.
